How to Report a Lost Item

Note when and where you lost the item.
Provide terminal and flight details.
Include a photo or detailed description of the item, if possible.

Ground Handling Lost and Found Offices

If you lost your item on the plane or at the baggage claim area, please contact the ground handling company's Lost and Found office associated with your airline. You can find out which company serves your airline by searching for the airline name or code on the airport's website.
